The days are brighter now..

When the sun comes out between the passing, fast moving clouds, the world seems to be illuminated with an ethereal shade of pale green, from the bark on trees and branches to the tiny leaves appearing in the hedgerows. Slowly we are making our way into a new lighter, brighter season.

Easter is just around the corner and one way to celebrate is by giving a garden gift from our selection of wind sculptures, glass rainbow bubbles, garden ornaments, wind chimes, and wind spinners.

We have just added a whole new product line which we are really pleased with called the Stone Garden. In this category you will find the most delightful animals and critters that will look at home anywhere in the home or garden. Granite looking resin and hand painted features give each animal a handsome, polished finish and their own special character.
Choosing a Moon Gazing Hare, or the Family of Ducks would be a lovely choice for an Easter garden gift, and once you have got part of the collection, you may soon want to collect the rest of the family!

We will be appearing in the next month on QVC with other new products, our new Wind Dancers -the Spiral Marble Nova, the Windchime Nova, as well as favourites like the Gyroscope Staked Nova, and the Shimmering Ribbons of Steel. Please keep on eye on Richard Jackson’s Gardening Hour which is featured every Saturday morning at 9 am.

Enjoy the coming weekend of bursting buds, and bumble bees (I just had a HUGE one come visit me, what a challenge getting him out of my front door!)

Spring into Spring

Spring Begins this Saturday!

The Spring Equinox occurs this Saturday the 20th of March!

The clocks are springing forward by an hour, early Sunday morning!  How wonderful that we have managed to get through such a long, cold winter!

We are seeing more and more colour now as flowers are beginning to open and buds on trees are bursting into blossom. Within our website, you will find unique garden accents which will add even more colour to the garden palette as spring unfolds..if you like flowers that will colour your garden throughout the year, our Fantasy Flowers will add that splash of brilliance and fun! Mouth blown from reycled vodka bottle glass in Poland, 100% frost-proof, they are just the thing to display in little groups of three in beds or borders or pots on the patio!

We also have a delightful range of Tinkling Toadstools in a varity of shades, from pink, purple and red, to yellows and greens!  One can create a whole garden of colour in pots and tubs on a balcony or patio just using our colourful toadstools, and fantasy flowers!

Invite the birds into your colourful garden by placing a magical rainbow birdbath as a centre focal point for your enchanted, colourful garden, where the glass is again 100% reycled,  frost proof  and infused with a rainbow irridecense that reflects into the water giving the birdbath an etheral rainbow colour.

Completing this wonderfully uplifting scene would be the addition of a few FlowerCrystal Bouquets..these are 30% lead crystal petals which are inserted with stainless steel wires and gathered together in a group of five. They are then secured to a stainless steel base which can be nestled into the soil and will gently quiver in the breeze and cast light and rainbow colours onto the patio, balcony, or surrounding plants.

We love when Spring brings the dreariness of winter colours to an end but it is also fun and rewarding when we can join in the celebration too by bringing our own magical touches to our outdoor spaces!

With two days of Spring-like weather, it looks like we are turning our back on the coldest winter for thirty years! We can start thinking about spending a little time in our gardens, sitting in the warming sun, observing the new shoots that are appearing. Along with nature’s garden ornaments of crocuses, daffodils and snow drops, think of bringing other elements alive in your garden that can be appreciated. Hang one of our beautiful new Sunset Vista wind chimes to tinkle in the fresh breeze. Hand tuned, they lend the unfolding spring a little music to the air.

If the March winds still blow a little to cool for comfort, stay indoors, put your feet up and watch our Wind Sculptures dance and spin, with graceful movements that cannot help to mesmerize. Our Wind Dancers are silent, soothing and meditative, yet fully alive to the wind, creating a wonderful energy in the garden.

There are many products on our website with which to turn your garden, patio, or even balcony into a little oasis of enchantment and joy. Over the next months I will be writing about some of our products and the different ways they can be used to best effect, which ones make the most stunning focal points, what new products are in the pipeline and where in the upcoming shows like The Chelsea Flower Show you can see the show gardens which will be using our products.

Please feel free to write to us letting us know where you have used our products to the best effect, or any ideas for new designs, we will try to incorporate your ideas if possible, to the best of our ability! Any other comments are very welcome!

Enjoy the beauty of this first breath of spring!
